There was a company that would do this kind of thing here for you, where you send in a video tape and request an MPAA rating you would like it to be censored to. (For example, take an R rated film and make it PG 13, PG, or even G.) My favorite was seeing slasher flicks and whatnot among their list of films you could send in (like Army of Darkness) and see that they could cut down an already extremely short film to a PG rating.

Now they just appear to be an ISP for extremist Christian fundies who don't want the evils of "the World" influencing their children.
